Now Visually-Impaired Teachers Can Take Online Classes From Home

Bhubaneswar : The Odisha Government today asked the Principals of All degree colleges under the Higher Education Department to allow the visually-impaired teachers to take online classes from their residence till resumption of normalcy in Covid-I9 pandemic.

In a letter to the Principals, department Commissioner-cum-Secretary Saswat Mishra issued a guidelines for online teaching of Under Graduate and Post-Graduate students of all colleges under the administrative control of the department

Mishra said visually impaired teachers are not required to come to college premises to take online classes.
