Security supervisor abducted on gunpoint

Bhubaneswar: Amid the weekend shutdown, a Security supervisor of High-tech Plaza in Sundarpada area of Bhubaneswar has been allegedly abducted.

As per initial reports, at least three miscreants allegedly kidnapped the supervisor on gunpoint.

Meanwhile, the entire incident has been recorded in the CCTV camera which was installed there. While the reason behind kidnapping unknown, Airfield police have initiated the probe. Police have seized the CCTV footage for further investigation.

However, the incident has raised eyebrows as the crime took place amid the shutdown period that has seen a hiked police security since Saturday.
